REWIND INC. is a Rule 31 treatment facility located in Perham, Minnesota.  This facility houses those who require in-patient or outpatient treatment for alcohol addiction and/chemical dependency.  We are located in a small community and currently service an exclusively male clientele.  Our goal is to guide the chemically dependent individual through the 12 step process in order to assist him with his transition back into the community.  We provide education and tools necessary for each client to reach his goal and ultimately lead a functional and healthy life.     The foundation of our focus is based on the 12 step process.  We also offer outpatient services including a Relapse Prevention Program.
